Questions
What’s on each daily page?
Your energy for the day (low, medium or high), top 3 musts, time blocks with high-energy work first, a bonus list, a “don’t forget” box for meds, water and meals, and one thing you did well.
What is the Dopamine Menu?
A page you fill in ahead of time with things to reach for when you stall: quick starters of 2 to 5 minutes, longer mains, sides to pair with boring tasks, and desserts to use sparingly.
Why is it undated?
No dates are printed, so you can’t fall behind. Skip a week and pick it up again. Print as many weeks as you need.
How long does the Sunday reset take?
About 10 minutes. Four questions: what worked, what got stuck and why, what you can drop or delegate, and next week’s one big thing.
How do I get my planner?
Right after payment you land on your download page. Bookmark it so you can come back.
What size are the pages?
US Letter (8.5 x 11 in). They also print fine on A4 with “fit to page” turned on.
Is the Focus Planner only for ADHD?
No. It’s designed with ADHD and busy brains in mind, but it suits anyone who finds big planners overwhelming. It’s an organizing tool, not medical advice or treatment.
Can I use it on an iPad?
Yes. Open the PDF in GoodNotes, Notability or any app that lets you write on PDFs.
What if it’s not for me?
